师范院校学生党员作用发挥问题浅谈

摘要

通过对师范院校学生党员作用发挥存在的问题及存在问题的原因分析，得出师范院校学生党员作用发挥的途径：一是根据学生党员所处的不同阶段，进行有重点有针对的思想教育，树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观；二是严抓党员发展、转正关，提高学生党员队伍的整体素质；三是加强学生党支部建设，拓展民主生活内涵，做好入党后续教育；四是搭建平台，提升学生党员的综合素质能力和社会服务能力%Analyzing on the problems and those of reasons of giving play to the role of normal college students party members, we obtained the ways of giving play to the role of normal college students party members:firstly, carry out focused and retarded political education,set up the correct world outlook,outlook on life and values according to the different stages of student party members;secondly,strict checks to the developing and transferring of student party,improve the overall quality;thirdly,Strengthen student Party branch construction, Expand the democratic life connotation, carry out subsequent education;forth,Build a platform to Improve the comprehensive quality and social service ability of student party members.
