一种高频连接器结构强度分析

     

摘要

采用建模软件对高频连接器进行了三维实体建模,给出了结构实际间隙.在Abaqus软件中,采用C3D8I六面体单元,建立了考虑高频连接器组件之间接触影响的精细化有限元模型.对高频连接器施加不同的轴力F和弯矩M载荷工况,通过结构强度分析表明:仅轴力F作用下,连接器可正常使用.在轴力F和弯矩M联合作用下,连接器将会损坏.分析结果为高频连接器的总装工艺提供了有效的指导作用.%This paper used modeling software to build a three-dimensional solid model of high-frequency connectors, which showed the structure of the actual gap. In the ABAQUS software, using C3D8I hexahedral elements to establish a refined finite element model test, it considered the contact between the components. Applying different axial force F and moment M on high-frequency connectors, the structural strength analysis showed that the connector can be used normally in the force F and will be damaged in the combination of axial force F and moment M. The results would provide effective guidance of the high-frequency connector assembly process.
