大型泥水平衡盾构机刀盘驱动部滑动装置研究

以国外泥水盾构机国产化研究为背景，对大型泥水平衡复合式盾构机系统中刀盘驱动滑动装置进行了研究，总结了刀盘驱动滑动装置的优点，指出其不仅可以在常压及带压条件下更换刀具时发挥作用，还可以在应急情况下进行泥水盾构机刀盘脱困，从而保证了盾构机能够顺利进行盾构施工，使隧道早日贯通。%Based the nationalized research of foreign slurry shield machine on the background, the article does research into cutter head drive sliding device of large slurry balance shield machine composite system. Sums up the advantages of the cutter head drive sliding device. Not only play a role in replacing cutters under the condition of normal pressure and under pressure, but also dish out the cutter head of shield machine in the emergency situation. Consequently, it makes sure the slurry shield machine can be constructed successfully, and tunnel construction program is completed as soon as possible.
