介绍了拉曼光谱液体样品毛细管检测法,研究了毛细管的管径以及毛细管内不同空间位置对于信号强度的影响,明确了获得最优信号强度的空间位置,并给出了标准化检测步骤。实验结果的统计分析验证了毛细管法能够获取具有高重复性的实验结果。%This paper introduces the capillary testing method of liquid samples based on Raman spectra, investigates the inlfuence of capillary diameter and different spatial position within the capillary on signal intensity, definds the spatial position to achieve the optimized signal intensity and the standardized testing process. Following the process, testing experiments are carried out. Statistics analysis results of the experiments show that the capillary method could obtain a good testing repeatability.
