尿激酶辅助微创穿刺血肿抽取术治疗高血压脑出血的临床观察

Objective:To observe the curative effects of urokinase-assisted minimally invasive puncture hematoma extraction on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:One hundred and thirty-two patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into A group and B group.The cases of A group was treated with routine craniotomy, and the cases of B group was treated with urokinase-assisted minimally invasive puncture hematoma extraction.The clinical recovery and curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of hematoma eliminationand consciousness recovery was shorter in the A group than in the B group.The rate of postoperative complication and rebleeding was significantly lower than that in the A group.And the NIHSS scores were also significantly better than A group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of urokinase-assisted minimally invasive puncture hematoma extraction on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is obviously superior to the traditional treatment.%目的:观察尿激酶辅助微创穿刺血肿抽取术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效.方法 :选取高血压脑出血患者132例,随机均分为对照(A)组和观察(B)组.A组行常规开颅手术,B组行尿激酶辅助微创穿刺血肿抽取术.对比两组患者术后临床恢复和疗效.结果:B组患者血肿消除及意识恢复时间及术后并发症出现率、再出血率均显著低于A组;NIHSS 评分显著优于A组,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:尿激酶辅助微创穿刺血肿抽取术对高血压脑出血治疗具有显著疗效.
