A magnetic anchoring system for minimally invasive surgery, a control module (70) and an auxiliary apparatus (04) for minimally invasive surgery. The auxiliary apparatus (04) for minimally invasive surgery comprises an anchoring clamp (0401), a small magnet (0402), a control line (0403), a bendable catheter (0404) and a control part (0405). The magnetic anchoring system for minimally invasive surgery further comprises an under-bed magnetic control device (01). The control module (70) comprises a subject information management module (701), a surgery area selection module (702), a surgery area position database (703), a magnetic control module (704) and a magnet control module (705). An operator (06) controls a magnet (0103) of the under-bed magnetic control device (01) by means of the control module (70) and adjusts the traction force of the anchoring clamp (0401) of the auxiliary apparatus (04) for minimally invasive surgery, thus the pose of the anchoring clamp (0401) is adjusted, and the direction of the traction force is promptly adjusted following the progress of stripping focus tissue. Therefore, focus tissue is kept in a lifted state, a surgical field is prevented from being shielded by falling tissue, the surgical field is kept clear, and space is saved, thereby reducing the risks of surgery, facilitating operation and improving the efficiency of surgery.
