PURPOSE: A minimally invasive surgery tool is provided to easily fix the joint movement state of an end effector by a user.;CONSTITUTION: A minimally invasive surgery tool comprises a shaft and an end effector(100) which is connected to the shaft. The end effector comprises a roll gear(106), a primary pinion(111), a second pinion(112). The roll gear makes the end effector be operated to a pitch direction or a yaw direction while the primary pinion and the second pinion rotate to the same direction. The end effector is operated to a roll direction if the primary pinion and the second pinion revolve at an opposite direction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
