IL-1β、TLR3、NF-κB在宫颈癌及宫颈上皮内瘤变中的表达及相关性研究

摘要

目的:探讨IL-1β、TLR3、NF-κB在宫颈癌及宫颈上皮内瘤变中的表达及相关性.方法:选取106例妇科手术标本作为研究对象,其中正常宫颈26例,宫颈癌45例,CIN 35例,并使用免疫组织化学技术检测不同标本中 IL-1β、TLR3、NF-κB的表达.结果:宫颈癌、CIN、正常宫颈中IL-1β阳性表达率分别为91.11%、71.43%、3.85%;TLR3阳性表达率分别为26.67%、74.29%、84.62%;NF-κB阳性表达率分别为93.33%、62.86%、3.85%.宫颈癌、CIN、正常宫颈中IL-1β、TLR3、NF-κB表达两两比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);IL-1β、NF-κB表达与病理分级、肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),TLR3与肿瘤分期相关(P<0.05).结论:在宫颈癌发展过程中,IL-1β、NF-κB的过度表达和TLR3的低表达均起着重要作用,能够为临床宫颈癌治疗方案的确定提供理论依据.%Objective:To explore the expressions of IL-1β,TLR3,NF-kB in cervical cancer and cervical intra-epithelial neoplasia and the correlation.Methods:106 cases of gynecological specimen kept were selected as the study object,and 26 cases of normal cervix,45 cases of cervical cancer,and 35 cases of CIN.Expression of NF-κB,TLR3 and IL-1β were detected in different specimen by using Immunohistochemical technique.Results:The positive expres-sion rates of IL-1β were respectively 91.11%,71.43%,and 3.85% in cervical carcinoma,CIN and normal cervix.The positive expression rates of TLR3 were respectively 26.67%,74.29%,and 84.62%.The positive expression rates of NF-κB were respectively 93.33%,62.86%,and 3.85%.The differences were statistically significant in expressions of IL-1β,TLR3 and NF-kB in cervical carcinoma,CIN and normal cervix between every two aspects(P<0.05).Ex-pressions of IL-1β and NF-κB were correlated with pathological grade,tumor stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),and TLR3 was associated with tumor stage(P<0.05).Conclusion:It plays an important role of overexpres-sion of IL-1β and NF-κB and low expression of TLR3 in the process of cervical cancer,and it can provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of cervical cancer.
