新课标下提高英语教师文化素养的策略

摘要

＂English New Curriculum Standard＂ points out that teachers should constantly shape their individual cultural accomplishment in English teaching, so as to lay the foundation for the cultivation of excellent talents.This paper inquires into strategy of cultivating English teachers＇ cultural accomplishment from the aspect of cultivating interest, transferring thinking, reading newspapers and magazines and grasping ＂small words＂.%《英语新课程标准》指出：＂英语教学过程中,教师要不断塑造个人文化素养,为培养优秀人才奠定基础。＂本文从培养兴趣、转变思维、阅读报刊和掌握＂小词＂等方面探究培养英语教师文化素养的策略。
