大学新生入学适应探讨

摘要

文章运用组织社会化理论从信息知识和技能获取的角度探讨了大学新生入学适应问题,分析了新生为适应大学新环境应了解掌握的各种信息知识和技能等适应内容,讨论了新生入学适应的渠道途径和方式,最后归纳了新生入学适应过程的特点和判断标准。%Based on the information and skill acquisition perspective,this paper applies organizational socialization theory to the issue of entrance adaptation of college freshman students.The paper analyzes the related information,knowledge,and skills which college new entrants should acquire for adaptation,discusses the adaptation means and methods for college new entrants,and summarizes the characteristics and criteria of college new entrants＇ adaptation.
