道路交通事故损害赔偿的归责原则与实例分析

摘要

Since reform and opening-up,the principles of imputation in compensation of traffic accidents are updating.This paper expounds the development of China' traffic accident imputation principles,and analyzes the imputation in special situations based on the case analysis of some traffic accidents.%改革开放至今,处理交通事故赔偿纠纷的归责原则在不断改革更新。文章叙述了我国道路交通事故归责原则的发展,并结合交通事故实例分析了当前交通事故归责原则方法及特殊情况下的归责问题。
