PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of issuing processing of a written insurance contract of an automobile liability for damage insurance. PSOLUTION: A contract paper for the automobile liability for damage insurance has an insurance certificate area, an insurance application area and a receipt area on one face. In the insurance certificate area, contract data indicating an individual contract content and a format image of a predetermined automobile liability for damage insurance certificate are synthesized and printed, and in the insurance application area, the contract data indicating the individual contract content and a format image of the predetermined application of the automobile liability for damage insurance are synthesized and printed, and in the receipt area, the contract data indicating the individual contract content and a format image of the predetermined receipt of an insurance due of the automobile liability for damage insurance are synthesized and printed. These areas are connected with each other and arranged and on the other face of the insurance certificate area, a written agreement of the contract for the automobile liability for damage insurance is printed in advance.
