PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instance analyzer that supports an analyzer so that the analyzer can more objectively analyze an instance to find a deep factor and make a database, and with which an instance having a similar deep factor can be retrieved.;SOLUTION: An instance analyzer describes a failure instance in an activity structural drawing indicating activities using plural structural elements and interaction between the structural elements, assigns a keyword to a contradiction having occurred in any of the structural elements in the activity structural drawing, stores the contradiction with the instance, and retrieves an instance similar to the instance on the basis of the structural element and the keyword.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
