如何提升兼职教师的心理技能

摘要

In the mode of "school-enterprise cooperation", part-time teachers play a positive role in the optimization of teachers in higher vocational education, the improvement of stu-dents professional skills, and the promotion of school-enterprise win-win, but at the same time, part-time teachers’basic teach-ing skills are to be improved in the actual teaching process, espe-cially in the psychological skills, such as studying students' learning psychology, stimulating students' learning motivation, and the ability of controlling class. This paper explores the ideas of improving teachers' teaching ability from the angle of psycho-logical skills.%“校企合作”模式下兼职教师对于优化高职教育师资队伍配置，提高学生专业技能水平，促进校企双赢都有着积极作用，但与此同时，兼职教师在实际授课过程中教学基本功还有待提高，尤其是在心理技能方面如在揣摩学生学习心理，激发学生学习动机和掌控课堂的能力都有所欠缺。本文从心理技能的角度探索了提高教师教学能力的培养思路。
