让传统文化成为学生人格发展的一道靓丽风景

Higher vocational students' quality is lower but strongly shapable, and their defect is low EQ, so developing education plays a key role in their learning career. Traditional Chinese cul-ture, especially the excellent contents about personality cultiva-tion, can be infiltrated into students' actual situation to improve their EQ, which can also improve the effect of education and practice.%　　高职学生素质较低，但可塑性强。其主要缺陷是情商低，故而养成教育在其高职学习生涯中起着关键作用。选择中国古代文化尤其是人格修炼的优秀内容，与时代精神、本校传统、学生实际结合，对之进行加工提炼，再通过灌输、陶冶、活动训练、实践砥砺等方式，教育熏陶感染学生，相应提高学生的认知、情感、意志、自我认识等商数，能带动教育教学和实习实训取得更好效果，促进学生的发展与成才。
