中职学校校企共育人才的实践探究

摘要

通过几年来的校企深度合作，实行校企共定人才培养方案，探索“专业+校中厂”专业建设模式。校企共定课程体系，校企共建实训基地，校企共组双师团队等措施，深化人才培养模式改革；以人才培养质量为核心，实施“订单培养、做学合一、工学结合”的人才培养模式。本文就如何在“校中厂、厂中校”校企共育人才的职业教育模式下，如何加强人才培养工作的内涵，增强办学实力，提高办学质量，形成办学特色，促进学校可持续发展进行探索与实践。%Through years of school-enterprise cooperation, the model of school-enterprise cooperative education is proved to be effective. This paper firstly introduces the specific measures in school-enterprise cooperation, and then discusses how to en-hance talent cultivation and form characteristic education under this model, so as to promote school sustainable development.
