PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a talent bring-up course suitable for an organization to be grown up toward a concept in future.;SOLUTION: An ability required for an organization at present and in the future is found by inputting information on the present mission and future vision of the organization, and ability data for each of talent are found by inputting information on the present ability and future image of each of talent in the organization. Further, concerning the ability required for the organization at present and in the future, an ability quantity for each of talent is accumulated for each kind of ability. After an ability quantity as an organization is found, this ability quantity as an organization is compared with the ability quantity required for the organization so that the state of too much or too little ability in the organization can be extracted.
