To provide a talent selection device or the like, capable of improving an adaptation level of a talent, selected in response to a request of a client for services.SOLUTION: A talent selection device 10 comprises: a talent extraction part 11 that acquires information on requested services from a client device 20, refers to a job skill accumulation part 31 that stores information indicating a corresponding relationship between the services and a talent, and thereby extracting the talent adopted for the information of the requested services and outputting the information on the extracted talent to the client device 20; a talent fixing-up part 12 that acquires the information on the talent selected from the talent extracted from the client device 20 and requests the requested services to the selected talent; and an analysis part 17 that acquires information indicating an evaluation content by a natural language against the requested services executed by the client device 20, determines an evaluation in response to the evaluation content by analyzing a character string indicated by the evaluation content, and updates the information of the job skill accumulation part 31 on the basis of the determined evaluation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
