Sports teaching is an important part of secondary voca-tional school sports education, and a major approach to realize the goal of sports education, while sports class is the concrete mani-festation. Only students' healthy sports habit can help cultivate effective sports class and ensure the success of sports education.%　　体育教学是中职学校体育教育的重要组成部分，是实现体育与健康课程和树立“健康第一”为指导思想的主要途径。而体育课堂又是体育教学的具体体现，只有良好的体育行为习惯，才能培养中职生良好的体育课堂，才能保证体育教学有良好的秩序和教学目标的顺利实施和完成。
