人本理念下创新教师职后培训模式的思考

摘要

In view of the current problems existing in the in-ser-vice teachers training model in China, this paper pointed out its innovation based on "people-oriented" concept, and proposed the practice and exploration model for in-service teachers train-ing under people-oriented concept.%本文针对我国教师职后培训模式的现存问题，指出应该将“以人为本”理念作为创新教师职后培训模式的先导，提出了人本理念下教师职后培训的实践探索模式。
