The working paper series 'Social Dimensions of Adjustment in Sub-Saharan Africa' aims to disseminate in a quick and informal way the results and findings from the project to policymakers in the countries and the international academic community of economists, statisticians, and planners. The working paper series consists of three subseries dealing with (1) surveys and statistics, (2) policy analysis, and (3) program design and implementation.
