“诲人不倦”是教师的师德，说的是教师应该将自己毕生所学不断传授给学生。如今的小学课堂，我们常常能看到老师孜孜不倦地为学生讲述着知识，但是并不是所有学生都能良好地汲取这些知识。而随着义务教育日渐普及，人们追求更优质的教育。如何优化课堂教学，提高教学质量，成为了一个非常重要的问题。本文将以小学数学教学为例谈谈如何打造小学教学的优质课堂。%"Being tireless in teaching others", as a teacher's ethics, means that a teacher should constantly impart his or her lifelong learning to students. In the present primary school class-room, we can often see a teacher explaining knowledge for stu-dents, but not all students can well absorb the knowledge. How-ever, with the growing popularity of compulsory education, people are pursuing higher-quality education. How to optimize class-room teaching and improve teaching quality has become an im-portant issue. Exemplified by primary school mathematics teach-ing, this paper discussed how to establish high-quality mathe-matics class.
