中国大学生英语学习者对标点符号的态度

摘要

标点符号是语言中不可或缺的一部分，却一直被忽视且发展缓慢。本文对比分析国内本科生和研究生对英语标点符号的态度，以期深入探究英语学习者如何使用标点符号。结果表明他们对标点符号的使用持积极态度，同时由于写作材料的不同在使用标点时有所差异。%Punctuation is an indispensable element of language. Surprisingly, punctuation is a neglected and slowly developing area of second language writing and learning. In this paper,we report on a survey study of university students' attitudes toward punctuation in English. The result suggests that students are generally somewhat positive about their use of English punctua-tion, with some variance in their use of punctuation depending on the writing context at hand.
