摘要

卓越幼儿园教师职前培养是近年来师范院校教师教育和幼教界一直探索和追求的,立足于地方政府、幼儿园和高校协同合作的幼儿园卓越教师培养模式——"三位一体"协同培养,可以培养出厚基础、能力强、综合素质全面、保教能力突出的卓越幼儿园教师.将大大满足城镇化背景下社会对优质幼儿教育师资的需求,解决优质学前教育师资短缺问题.%The pre-service training of excellent kindergarten teachers has been an issue explored and pursued by teacher ed-ucation in normal universities and the preschool education field in recent years. The "trinity" cooperative training model, as an excellent kindergarten teacher training model based on the coop-eration among local government, kindergartens, colleges and uni-versities, can cultivate excellent kindergarten teachers with solid foundation, strong ability, comprehensive quality, and prominent nursing and teaching ability. This will greatly meet the social de-mand for high-quality preschool education teaching staff in the background of urbanization and eliminate the shortage of excel-lent preschool education teaching staff.
