基于提升社会服务能力的社会工作专业实践教学基地建设路径研究

摘要

Social work major practical teaching base is the effec-tive platform for improving professional self-awareness and ser-vice level and strengthening professional work capacity and social service skills. For the problems of social work major existing in, we must change our thoughts and ideas, strengthen the construc-tion of "double-qualified" talent team and practical teaching guidance teachers team, strengthen the efforts to raise funds, give consideration to multipartite interests, and explore a long-term, effective, sustainable and practical teaching base operation mode.%社会工作专业实践教学基地是提高专业自觉意识和专业服务意识，增强专业作业能力和社会服务技能的有效平台。针对目前社会工作专业实践教学基地建设存在的问题，我们必须树立成熟的实践教育理念，打破传统教学模式，加强“双师型”教学队伍建设，多渠道培养实践教学指导教师，采取多种形式，通过各种渠道筹措经费，完善合作模式，促进资源共享与合作共赢，实现实践基地的良性循环和可持续发展。
