新课程改革背景下的中职德育教育

摘要

Economic development and social development has raised the demands of various industries for professional and technical talents, while secondary vocational education can pro-vide various technical talents for the society. Making efforts to improve the quality and level of secondary vocational moral edu-cation can effectively promote students' comprehensive develop-ment, which is also an important task and goal of the current sec-ondary vocational moral education under the background of new curriculum reform. Secondary vocational education is an impor-tant period for the formation of students' unique outlooks on the world and values. No matter students' characters and personali-ties are highly malleable in this period, so the effective develop-ment of school-based moral education courses plays a vital role in secondary vocational moral education. This paper mainly ana-lyzes and briefly elaborates secondary vocational moral education under the background of new curriculum reform.%经济的发展，社会的进步，促使各行各业对于各种专业技术型人才的需求越来越大，而中职教育能够为社会提供各种技术型的人才资源。因此积极努力提升中职德育教育的质量和水平能够有效地促使学生的全面、综合性发展，而这也是当今新课程改革背景下的中职德育教育的重要任务和目标。中职阶段的学生处于形成独特世界观和价值的重要时期，在这个阶段时期当中，学生不论是性格还是人格都有非常强的可塑性，所以，搞好德育校本课程开发工作在中职德育教育工作当中有着非常重要的作用和地位。本文主要针对新课程改革背景下中职德育教育进行分析，并为此进行简要论述以供参考。
