PBL教学法结合LBL教学法在内科学教学中的应用探索

         

摘要

Objective: To explore the effect of applying PBL and LBL integrated teaching method to the teaching of internal medicine. Method:To select 80 secondary vocational students of our college from May 2013 to May 2014 and equally divide them into the control group and the experiment group. To adopt LBL teaching method in the control group and PBL and LBL integrat-ed teaching method in the experiment group, and observe the teaching effects in the two groups. Result:The theory and opera-tion evaluation as well as students' evaluation on teaching of the experiment group are significantly better than those of the control group ( P<0.05), and meanwhile, in the experiment group, stu-dents who are satisfied with teaching are significantly more than those in the control group, and the rate of teachers' good evalua-tion on students in the experiment is higher than that in the con-trol group (P<0.05). They are both of statistical significance. Con-clusion: The application of PBL and LBL integrated teaching method in the teaching of internal medicine can help achieve sig-nificant teaching effect, so it is worthy of popularization.%目的:探讨在内科学教学中应用PBL教学法结合LBL教学法的效果.方法:选取2013年5月至2014年5月期间我院的在校中职生80名,将其平分为对照组和实验组,对照组采取LBL教学法,实验组采取PBL与LBL联合教学,观察两组教学效果.结果:实验组理论、操作考核成绩以及学生对教学的评价明显优于对照组(P<0.05),同时实验组对教学满意的学生与教师对学生的评优率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计意义.结论:在内科学教学中应用PBL联合LBL教学方法,教学效果显著,值得推广.
