内科学教学中PBL教学法结合LBL教学法的联合应用效果

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the PBL teaching method in internal medicine teaching combined with LBL teaching method combined application effect.Methods 38 cases of grade 2013 students in two classes were chosen as experimental group, another extract 38 students from grade 2013 to the rest of the class as the control group, control group adopts the LBL teaching implementation of teaching, LBL group is used combined with PBL teaching method implementation of teaching, teaching effect compare two groups.Results The students in the experimental group, the operation of teaching evaluation test results and theory results compared to the control group, were better than the latter, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05), while the experimental group of teachers to students on teaching satisfaction rate and the evaluation of students compared to the control group, were higher than that of the latter, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).ConclusionPBL teaching method combined with LBL teaching method in the teaching of internal science, can signiifcantly enhance the teaching effect.%目的:探讨内科学教学中PBL教学法结合LBL教学法的联合应用效果。方法以区组随机方法选取2013级2个班级38例学生为试验组,另从2013级其余的班级抽取38例学生为对照组,对照组采用LBL教学法实施教学,试验组则采用LBL与PBL相联合的教学方法实施教学,观察比较两组教学效果。结果试验组学生对教学的评价、操作考核成绩及理论成绩相比于对照组,均优于后者,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时试验组教师对学生的评优率及对教学满意的学生相比于对照组,均高于后者,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法结合LBL教学法联合应用于内科学教学中,可显著提升教学效果。
