Environmental quality, including environmental knowledge, environmental attitude and environmental behavior, is defined as people's attitude and ability to cope with environmen-tal problems. The improvement of environmental quality of preschool teachers, and the strengthening of preschool children's environmental education, is requisite for the current social devel-opment, and children's physical and mental health development. Currently, it is necessary and urgent to improve the environmen-tal quality status quo of preschool teachers, and establish a per-fect pre-vocational education and post training system of envi-ronmental quality of preschool teachers.%环境素质是人们在对应环境问题上的态度和能力,它包括环境知识、环境态度、环境行为三个因素。提高幼儿教师的环境素质,加大对幼儿环境教育的力度,既是当今社会发展的要求,也是促进幼儿身心健康发展的需要。目前,我国幼儿教师的环境素质现状亟待提高,建立完善的幼儿教师环境素质职前职后培养体系迫在眉睫。
