“七彩时空”特级教师工作坊建设发展中教师成长的感悟

摘要

Merely through over three years, the "Seven-color Time" studio construction has achieved favorable results. First, the mental attitude and concept of teachers in the studio has changed completely; second, all teachers of our school are influ-enced by the construction, leading them to learn, research and explore teaching; third, members of the studio grow gradually, and they are able to transform their phased achievements to be their own education and teaching abilities, so many of them have become famous teachers in their schools, counties or districts, cities and even the autonomous regions. The changes will ulti-mately benefit students.%短短三年多时间，“七彩时空”工作坊建设取得了较好的成绩：一是工作坊里的教师的精神面貌和理念发生了全新的变化，二是建坊学校全体教师也跟着进入了一种学习、研究、探讨的氛围之中，三是“七彩时空”工作坊成员逐渐成长、成熟，已经能够将学习研究的阶段性成果转变为自己的教育教学能力，不少成为学校、县区、市乃至自治区的名师。而所有这些变化，最终受益的都是学生。
