The self-renewal approach has been a notable way for teachers' professional development at present. Self-renewal con-tains reflection, where teachers can continuously reflect the prob-lems during the professional development to build the positive independent consciousness. Facing the dilemma that teachers lack the inner motivation for professional development in the New Curriculum Reform, the self-renewal approach has been an im-portant way to stimulate the inner motivation.
