'自我更新'取向:教师专业发展的内在动力

         

摘要

The self-renewal approach has been a notable way for teachers' professional development at present. Self-renewal con-tains reflection, where teachers can continuously reflect the prob-lems during the professional development to build the positive independent consciousness. Facing the dilemma that teachers lack the inner motivation for professional development in the New Curriculum Reform, the self-renewal approach has been an im-portant way to stimulate the inner motivation. By conducting self-reflection, sharing experience with peers, recording impor-tant incidents and learning by teaching can teachers realize the promotion for inner motivation.%"自我更新"取向的教师专业发展成为当今教师必须注重的一种自我提高的途径."自我更新"中蕴含着反思,教师通过不断反思自己的专业发展过程中的问题,来积极建构专业发展的自主意识.面对新课改中教师专业发展缺乏内动力的困境,"自我更新"成为挖掘教师专业发展内在动力的重要路径.教师可以通过自我反思、记录关键事件、与同伴交流互助和教学相长等途径来实现内在动力的不断提升.
