“自我更新”取向的高职院校教师专业发展策略研究

         

摘要

The teacher is the foundation of the development of education, it is also the key to promote the reform of education and teaching, improve the quality of personnel training. Through the research on the development orientation of higher vocational teachers' vocational ability, the standpoint of the "self-renewal" orientation of higher vocational teachers' vocational ability is explored. On the basis of reasonable positioning, this paper puts forward the strategy of professional development for teachers in higher vocational colleges to solve the problems of teachers' professional development caused by the characteristics of higher vocational colleges and the training of diversified talents.%教师是教育事业发展的基础,是推进教育教学改革、提高人才培养质量的关键。通过对高职教师职业能力发展取向研究,探索高职院校教师职业能力发展的“自我更新”取向的立足点,在合理定位的基础上提出适合高职院校的教师专业发展策略。以解决当前高职院校特色办学和多样化人才培养带来的教师专业发展问题。
