协同创新共建共享精品资源共享课机制的研究与实践

摘要

主要分析了在社会转型背景下，为促进高等教育适应社会发展，推进教育资源开放共享的必要性。重点研究在MOOCs大力发展的今天，如何建设具有中国特色的精品资源共享课。在建设辽宁省精品资源共享课《软件工程》的过程中，提出了在“学校不分大小，资源不论多少，平等互利，自觉自愿”原则基础上，实现学科间、高校间、校企间协同共建精品资源共享课的模式。同时探讨了通过跨校修读课程、建立符合国情的开放课程知识产权体系、“自上而下”和“自下而上”相结合的评价和监督机制的精品资源共享课的共享模式。%This paper mainly analyzes the necessity of education resources sharing in order to promote higher education to adapt to social development under the background of social transformation. It focuses on how to construct high⁃quality resource sharing courses with Chinese characteristics with the high development of MOOCs.We put forward the principle of equality and mutual benefit in order to realize co⁃building high⁃quality resource sharing courses by different disciplines,different universities, even between universities and enterprises.At the same time,this paper explores sharing pattern for open courses by electing cour⁃ses from other university,building intellectual property rights protection system,evaluation and supervision mechanism.
