卓越工程师人才培养国内外校企合作模式比较

         

摘要

高校与企业联合培养人才是卓越工程师人才培养计划的主要实施措施,开展校企合作教育模式研究对“卓越计划”具有明显的现实意义.通过对美国、加拿大、德国、英国的校企合作教育进行分析,归纳为“学校为主体”“企业为主体”“项目合作”3种模式.比较研究国内的校企合作教育,主要采取了“顶岗实践”“工学交替”“联合培养”模式;通过分析这些模式,根据存在的3点共性问题,提出了多种模式并举、构建行业平台两项建议,为高校实施卓越工程师人才培养校企合作提供参考.%It is the major measure to implement the " Excellent Program" that universities and enterprises train talents jointly.There is obvious practical significance to do the research on the mode of university-enterprise cooperation.Through the analysis of university-enterprise cooperation in USA,Canada,Germany and U.K.,three modes on the educational status can be concluded.i.e.university-centered,enterprise-centered and project cooperation.Compared the study on the education of university-enterprise cooperation in home,three modes can be concluded.i.e.post teaching practice,working and learning alternative and joint training.Through the analysis on the common questions on modes home and abroad,two proposals have been posed——operating a variety of modes and forming industrial platform in this essay.The two modes mentioned above provide reference for the colleges and universities on implementing university-enterprise cooperation.
