中外高校创业教育组织模式比较

摘要

在全社会积极倡导“大众创业、万众创新”的背景下,作为高级人才培养的主战场,高校如何根据自身实际整合现有资源,务实有效地开展创业教育,是摆在每位高校管理者面前的课题.为此,对国内外高校创业教育的组织模式进行了分析比较,指出各个模式的优缺点,对我国高校尤其是研究型大学如何选择创新创业教育组织模式提出了相关建议,初步构建出高校创业教育组织模式模型.%Under the background that the whole society is actively promoting public entrepreneurship and innovation,as the main battlefield of senior personnel training,colleges and universities should integrate existing resources to carry out entrepreneurship education.The university organization modes of entrepreneurship education at home and abroad are analyzed and compared,the advantages and disadvantages of each model are pointed out.Related suggestions are given to the colleges and universities in our country especially.It puts forward how to choose innovation and entrepreneurship education model,and also constructs an organization model for university entrepreneurship education.
