为每个学生提供适合的教育——兼论学校多样化发展的价值追求与实践路径

摘要

近代以来,实现＂教育适合学生＂理念的路径主要有两种,即基于教学艺术的选择和基于课程变革的选择。两种选择因受现代教育组织形式的制约都难以产生良好的效果。为此,需要更换视野,将着眼点放在学校教育层面,通过学校的多样化发展,并辅之以教学与课程的改革,实现教育面向全体学生、教育适合全体学生的现代教育价值追求。实现学校多样化发展需要摒弃机械一元论观念,认识和把握教育的多阶段性和个体发展目标的多方面性,走向多元综合的学校发展理念。%In recent years,there are mainly two choices that education is suitable for students： the choice strategy based on teaching arts and the choice based on the curriculum change.The two choices,due to the constraint by the modern education organization forms,could not easily produce the effective result.Therefore,we need change our view,put education suitable for students in the school education＇s level,and try to realize the contemporary education value pursuit of education facing all students and suitable for all students though the diversified development of the school and the change of teaching and curriculum.We need reject the concept of mechanical monism to realize the diversified development of the school,and analyse the multiple levels of education and multiple aspects of individual development object to realize the diverse and integrated school development concept.
