成就动机状态投射测验的初步编制

摘要

This study is aiming to initiate a projective test to measure people＇s Achievement Motivation Statement.What differs from the former measurement is that this new designed projective test is mainly focusing on measuring the subjective statement of the achievement motivation rather than the achievement motivation＇s contents or attribution.To advance the measuring method,this projective test conflates Grunwald＇s Space Theory and Image Dialogue together.The subjects were required to accomplish the rest pictures with 3 particular cues drown on the paper.A code system is established to quantify the features of the completed pictures.Over 100 subjects participated this study.The result proved that this new designed projective test had significant criterion validity with Achievement Motivation Inventory and content validity.Generally,this initiated projective test of Achievement Motivation Statement was proved to be applicable while a few places remained for further study.%与测量动机的内容和归因不同,本研究旨在设计一个分析个体成就动机主观状态的投射测验。该测验结合了格鲁尔德空间理论和意象对话,通过对被试作画要点的编码,实现了数据的量化。共有100名被试参加了投射测验。投射测验的各组数据与成就目标取向量表的总分相关显著,表明该投射测验的效标效度良好。投射测验内部各个维度之间的相关不显著,与总分相关显著,表明该测验有良好的内容效度。结果证明该投射测验有良好的可行性。
