单电源下相位补偿式电感传感器信号处理方法

     

摘要

The input and output signals of differential inductance sensor are researched for non▬ideal inductance condition. The simple processing method with capacitance isolating DC single operation amplifier and differential AC bridge is proposed, corresponding processing circuit is designed, and the theoretical analysis and calculation of this circuit are conducted. By adopting the method integrated amplification and compensation phase difference, the problem of phase difference between differential signal and excitation signal brought by the asymmetry of internal resistance of the inductor is solved, and the processing of excitation, amplification and phase compensation for the output signals of differential inductance sensor under single power supply condition is implemented. Both theoretical analysis and experiments show that this method provides strict non▬inverting and inverting signal conditions for phase sensitive detection.%针对非理想电感条件,对差动电感传感器输入与输出信号进行了研究,提出了一种简洁的以电容隔直流的单运放差动交流电桥处理方法。设计了相应的处理电路,并对该电路进行了理论分析与计算。采用集成放大与补偿相位差的方法,解决了由于电感内阻不对称带来的差分信号与激励信号相差的问题,实现了单电源条件下对差动电感传感器输出信号进行激励、放大与相位补偿的处理。理论与试验均表明,该方法能够为相敏检波提供严格同相、反相的信号条件。
