通过对春、秋、冬三季迷迭香干料和春季鲜料提取得到的抗氧化剂进行总酚含量测定,得出干料提取得到的抗氧化剂总酚含量比鲜料高,且秋季迷迭香干叶制得的抗氧化剂的总酚含量最高,达到297mg/g,因此抗氧化剂的提取最好选择秋季干叶为原料。%The antioxidants of dry and fresh leaves from rosemary in spring, autumn, winter three seasons were extracted and the total content of phenol was measured. The results showed that the total content of phenol of dry leaves was higher than that of the fresh ones .And dry leaves in autumn was the highest, which could up to 279mg/g. So the ideal raw material for extracting antioxidants was dry leaves in autumn.
