关联理论视域下文化专有项的字幕翻译过程

摘要

In view of Relevance Theory, the translation process of Culture-Specific items in subtitling is a dual ostensive-inferen⁃tial communication in the ternary relations composed of the movie author, the translator and the target viewers. Firstly, the movie author makes his informative intention manifest to the translator with the Culture-Specific items in language code as well as the movie poly-semiotics, while the translator infers the contextual effects with accessible contextual assumptions;Secondly,with the target language code and movie poly-semiotics, the translator and the movie author jointly make their intention manifest to the tar⁃get viewers, while the viewers acquire adequate contextual effects without unnecessary processing efforts, thus grasping the movie author’s communicative intention. Relevance Theory can efficiently interpret and guide the translation process of Culture-Specific items in subtitling.%　　关联理论视域下，文化专有项的字幕翻译过程，是以文化专有项附着的语段为媒介，遵守字幕特质，发生在影视制作者、译者和译语受众之间的双重明示-推理交际过程。首先，影视制作者利用文化专有项附着的语言符号和影视多模态符号，向译者明示表征，译者调用可及的语境假设，推理出该文化专有项的语境效果；然后，字幕译者使用译语符号，影视制作者运用多模态符号，共同向译语受众明示信息意图，受众结合其认知语境加工推理，获得原作的交际意图。关联理论能有效解读字幕翻译中的文化专有项动态转码过程。
