Since the wide conduction of translating activities, scholars home and abroad have put forward various translation theo⁃ries. And the issue of translation standard has been the core concern in translation theories. However, quite a few standards of some translators in question are found contradictory to their own translation practice in reality. Based on literature review, re⁃searches are presented, characterized by a dominant amount of one translator’s standard and practice and their unity as well in⁃stead of a comprehensive summary of the disunity between translation standard and practice of many translators. The constraining factors are intended to be found by analyzing all aspects of Chinese well-known translators, which hopefully will help people to create more excellent translated texts.%自翻译活动开始以来，中外学者们便对翻译理论和翻译实践活动进行不断地探索与发展，因而提出了各自的翻译理论，可谓种类繁多，百花齐放。而翻译标准一直是翻译理论研究的核心内容。但对各译者的翻译标准与实践进行深入细致的分析发现，两者存在着矛盾性。基于文献综述法，对单个译者译论与实践的研究居多，且多探讨两者的统一性；归纳总结多个译者实践不忠实其翻译标准的研究还不多。该文通过从各方面分析中国前辈译家翻译标准及其译作，找出两者矛盾的制约因素，旨在指导创作出更加优秀的译文。
