Cu掺杂四硼酸锂微晶的水热合成及其热释光特性

     

摘要

In the paper,Li2B4O7 microcrystals doped with Cu were synthesized by hydrothermal method,TEM and SEM were used to characterize the samples,and thermoluminescence properties of the samples were measured and analyzed.The TL curve of the samples was de-convoluted into three elementary peaks which was at 162、254 and 366℃ by employing the General Order model,and the trapping parameters corresponding to these peaks were also obtained.The results indicated that the LTB∶Cu microcrystals exhibited very fine linear responses and good reproducibility over a very wide range(10 ~ 5103Gy),and the impact of the thermoluminescence decay could be reduced by preheating before the measurement.So we could conclude that the Li2B4O7 microcrystals doped with Cu we have obtained could be used for high dose measurements of gamma radiations.Moreover,compared the Li2B4O7 microcrystals co-sintered with NaCl to the microcrystals sintered directly,we can find that the NaCl can improve the thermoluminescence properties of the microcrystals effectively.%用水热法制备了Cu掺杂的Li2 B407(LTB∶Cu)微晶,使用XRD和SEM对样品进行了表征,测量和分析了样品的各项热释光性能.运用一般级动力学方程对发光曲线进行解谱,确定其3个剂量峰峰温分别为162、254和366℃,并得到了与3个剂量峰相对应的陷阱参数.结果表明制备的LTB∶Cu微晶在很大范围(10 ~5 000 Gy)内都有着良好的线性响应和很好的重复性,并且可以通过预加热减少衰减的影响.因此制备的LTB∶Cu微晶非常适用于高剂量γ射线的测量.同时对比了NaCl共烧结和直接烧结的LTB∶Cu微晶的发光曲线,发现NaCl可以有效地提升LTB∶Cu微晶的热释光性能.
