标准化病人及仿真电子标准化病人相结合应用于诊断学教学的体会

摘要

For training technical skills of medical students ,diagnostics is very important professional subject .For the past few years ,there are many factors induced the chance that medical students use patients for clinical practice reduced obviously .All of these influence the teaching quality of diagnos‐tics obviously .We applied standardized patient in training and examination of inquire .Standardized patients gave feedbacks to students ,and these feedbacks were very important to students .Electronic standardized patient could provide a lot of abnormal signs ,and could be used again and again .So the efficiency of teaching is raised .Applying standardized patient and electronic standardized patient in di‐agnostics teaching practice could raise teaching quality of diagnostics effectively .%诊断学是培养医学生临床技能的重要专业基础课。近年来多种因素导致医学生在患者身上进行临床实践的机会明显减少，严重地影响了诊断学教学质量。将标准化病人应用于问诊培训及考试中，由标准化病人对学生问诊给予反馈，对学生非常有帮助。仿真电子标准化病人提供了大量异常体征，可供反复练习，提高了教学效率。将标准化病人及电子标准化病人引入诊断学教学实践，有效的提高了诊断学教学质量。
