不同产地香茅挥发油抑菌及抗氧化活性研究

     

摘要

研究湖南、广东、浙江、福建、海南香茅挥发油的抑菌作用及抗氧化活性,为香茅挥发油的进一步开发利用提供基础.采用牛津杯法和试管稀释法测定挥发油的抑菌作用,并从总抗氧化能力、羟基自由基(·OH)清除能力和1,1-二苯基苦基苯肼自由基(DPPH)清除能力三个方面考察挥发油的抗氧化活性.结果表明:香茅挥发油对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌、白色念珠菌、桔青霉、黑曲霉均有一定的抑制作用,且不同产地的香茅挥发油对供试菌的抑制作用有一定的差异;5个产地的香茅挥发油均具有总抗氧化作用及清除·OH、DPPH自由基的能力,且随其质量浓度的增加而增大,不同产地的香茅挥发油抗氧化活性有一定差异.%Antibacterial activities and antioxidant activities of the volatile oil of Cymbopogon citrates from Hunan,Guangdong,Zhejiang,Fujian and Hainan were studied in this article,it provided the basis for further development and utilization of the volatile oil from Cymbopogon citrates.Antibacterial activities of the volatile oil were determined through Oxford cup method and tubes serial dilution method,the antioxidant activities were also evaluated based on the total antioxidant,hydroxyl radical,and scavenging DPPH radical activities.The results revealed that the volatile oil from Cymbopogon citrates had inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,Salmonella enteric,Shigella Castellani,Candida albicans,Penicillium citrinum and Aspergillus niger;and there were differences in the inhibitory abilities of volatile oil from different regions.All of the volatile oil from five different regions had the total antioxidant,scavenging OH radical and DPPH radical capacities,which increased with the increase of the concentration.There were some differences in the antioxidative activities of the volatile oil from different regions.
