国际比较视野下的人工智能教育应用政策*

     

摘要

文章基于国际比较的视野,首先选取美国、英国、法国、日本、新加坡五个发达国家的国家级人工智能战略,对其中的人工智能教育应用政策进行了介绍和分析;接着,文章重点梳理了中国的人工智能教育应用政策;随后,文章从政府层面和教育层面对各国的人工智能教育应用政策进行了比较分析;最后,文章揭示了中国人工智能教育应用政策存在的不足,并提出了具体的发展路径.对国内外人工智能教育应用政策进行对比,有助于发现国外人工智能教育政策的优秀经验并加以借鉴,从而为完善中国的人工智能教育政策提供参考.%Based on the perspective of international comparison, this paper firstly selected the national artificial intelligence strategies in five developed countries of the United States, Britain, France, Japan, and Singapore, introduced and analyzed the application policies of artificial intelligence education in the five countries. Then, the application policies of artificial intelligence education in our country were sorted out. Meanwhile, the application policies of artificial intelligence education in various countries were compared and analyzed from the levels of government and education. Finally, the shortcomings of the application policies of artificial intelligence education in our country were revealed and some specific development paths were proposed. The comparison of domestic and foreign artificial intelligence education application policies could help to discover and learn excellent experience from foreign artificial intelligence education policies, providing reference for improving artificial intelligence education policy in our country.
