知识协同视角的高校重大科研项目团队创新绩效:个案剖析

     

摘要

知识协同是推动创新发展的重要方式.通过借鉴"Vygotsky空间"理论框架,对高校重大科研项目团队知识协同中创新绩效的产生过程进行个案剖析,发现在个体与群体互动过程中,率先垂范、积极引领的团队领导,关怀、信任和尊重的团队气氛,以及团队自信、团队愿景、团队乐观、团队韧性、团队责任和团队合作等团队心理资本要素是影响团队创新绩效的关键.%It is an important way for knowledge collaboration to promote innovation development. Through using the framework of Vygotsky space theory,this research makes analysis on the generation of innovation performance under knowledge collaboration of universities’major R&D project via a case study. The research results show that team leadership including setting an example and active guiding,team climate of caring,trust and respect,and team confidence,team hope,team resilience,team obligation and team collaboration in team psychological capital,are the most important factors in the process of interaction between individual and group.
