主梁式全断面岩石掘进机 (TBM) 换步过程中,由于撑紧推进系统自身重力的影响而造成撑靴倾斜,撑靴撑紧洞壁时,容易"踩压"已安装好的钢拱架.针对以上问题建立推进撑靴结构数学模型,分析作用在撑靴稳定钢板弹簧上的载荷,并对钢板弹簧进行设计校核.通过实际应用表明,选取合适的钢板弹簧可实现换步过程中撑靴姿态稳定,并根据应用情况提出优化建议,延长钢板弹簧的使用寿命.%In the process of regripping of the main-beam typed TBM, due to the gravity of the gripping-thrusting system, the gripper tends to tilt. While the gripper is pushing on the sidewall, it is liable to flatten the installed ring beam. In view of the problem, the mathematical model of the gripper was established so as to analyze the load on the gripper stabilizing leaf spring, and the design of the leaf spring was checked. Actual application showed the application of suitable leaf spring achieved stable posture of the gripper in the process of regripping. In addition, optimization suggestions were put forward according to application situation, so as to prolong the service life of the leaf spring.
