标准化病人在护生社区岗位胜任力培养中的应用效果分析

         

摘要

目的:以标准化病人技术为基础,采用情景模拟教学法,在社区护理课程家庭访视实践教学环节引入标准化病人,分析其在护生社区岗位胜任力培养中的应用效果.方法:选择《社区护理》教学中家庭访视单元,采用实验对照研究方法,对本校2015级64名护理专业本科生随机分组,试验组和对照组各32名,试验组采用SP情景模拟教学,对照组采用传统的情景模拟教学.实施前完成社区家庭访视实践手册制定、案例脚本编写、SP选取与培训等工作;实施中进行分组模拟演示;实施后分别对两组学生进行社区家庭访视技术操作流程、护生社区岗位胜任力以及情景模拟教学满意度的评价.结果:试验组护生在家庭访视技术操作流程得分和岗位胜任力的6个维度得分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且在情景模拟教学满意度评价中,试验组护生对课程满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:SP引入社区护理教学有助于培养护生的岗位胜任力,激发学生学习兴趣,提高社区护理实践教学质量,但同时也存在一定的应用局限性.%Objective:To analysis the effect of the application of SP in the community nurses' competency, we used the standardized patients(SP) technique in practice of the home visit course of Community Nursing, SP was introduced to clinical nursing skill teaching,combing the situational simulative teaching method. Method:64 undergraduate students, majoring in Nursing and admitted in 2015 in our school were selected and divided randomly into experimental group and control group, 32 students in each group.The control group was used the traditional simulative teaching method.The experimental group was used the situational simulative teaching method basing on SP technique.By teaching the unit of Family Visit,before the experiment, family visit practice handbook in the community developed, case scripted, selected and trained the SP and so on;then implemented of grouping simulation demonstration.After experiment,the two groups of students in the community family visit technical operation process, the community nurses' competency, and satisfaction of the situational simulative teaching were evaluated respectively.Result:After the experiment,scores of nurses in the experimental group in the family visit practice process and six dimensions in the scale of post competency were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).And in the situational simulative teaching satisfaction evaluation,scores of nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Introducing teaching students as SP in teaching practice of the course of Community Nursing can help to cultivate nursing students post competency, stimulate students interest in learning, improve the quality of community nursing practice teaching,but also has certain limitation in practice application.
