基于角色扮演的医学生医患沟通双语教学模式的研究

         

摘要

Objective:To discuss the method of bilingual teaching based on role playing and to explore the effect of doctor-patient communication class in Introduction to General Practice.Method:88 students of clinical medicine program (Nanshan Class) in Guangzhou Medical University were selected from 2010 grade to 2012 grade,they were given bilingual doctor-patient communication class of Introduction to General Practice based on role playing. The teaching effectiveness was observed by questionnaire and focus group.Result: In total, 60.2% students were aware of interpersonal communication problems in their daily life, while 65.9% students felt negative towards current doctor-patient relationship. Regarding doctor-patient communication class, 95.5% students considered it necessary and 97.7% students agreed that the class was beneficial.Conclusion:The bilingual teaching method in doctor-patient communication class based on role playing is well accepted by the students and can help the medical students with certain level of English proficiency gain a global perspective.%目的:探讨采取基于角色扮演的双语教学方法,探索《全科医学基础》医患沟通课程的教学效果。方法:选取广州医科大学临床医学专业2010~2012年级南山班医学生共88名为教学对象,在《全科医学基础》中采用基于角色扮演的医学生医患沟通双语教学模式,教学后对全体医学生进行问卷调查和组织学生访谈。结果:60.2%的同学自觉日常生活中的人际交流存在问题,65.9%的学生认为目前医患关系糟糕,95.5%的学生认为需要安排医患沟通课程,97.7%的学生认为课程有收获。结论:基于角色扮演的医学生医患沟通双语教学模式得到学生认同,教学效果良好,并能与国际医学教育接轨,帮助有一定英语水平的医学生开阔国际视野。
