标准化病人+纠纷病案角色扮演模式提高医学生医患沟通技能

目的:对标准化病人+纠纷病案角色扮演模式提高医学生医患沟通技能进行分析探究。方法选取在我院实习的46例学生,将其平…均分为实验组和对照组。结果实验组医学生的沟通技能评分(67.9±10.6)分,明…显高于对照组医学生的沟通技能评分(52.4±12.5)分。结论标准化病人+纠纷病案角色扮演模式显著提高了医学生医患沟通技能。%Objective On the standardized patients+disputes role play mode to improve medical record medical students communication skills of inquiry. Methods Selection in our hospital internship 46 medical students and divide the students randomly into experimental group and control group. Results The experimental group of medical students communication skills score (67.9+10.6) were significantly higher than the control group of medical students communication skills score (52.4+12.5), degree of satisfaction and the experimental group of medical students (91.31%). Conclusion Standardized patients+disputes of medical record cosplay model significantly improves the physician-patient communication skills for the medical students.
